Room Rental in Sault Ste. Marie for Meetings, Classes, and Events

Red's Revolving Rentals  gives you a place to gather without signing a lease or keeping up a building of your own. Book the room for three hours, a full day, or something in between, set it up the way your group needs, and drop the key off when you are done. You will find it at 2733 Ashmun Street, Suite 3, in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.

Space Without the Overhead

Leasing a building means paying every month for utilities, upkeep, and square footage, whether anyone uses it or not. Renting by the block flips that around. You pay for the afternoon you actually need and walk away when it ends. That makes the room a practical fit for a class that meets now and then, a pop-up you run a few times a year, or a single event that needs a real venue.

A 560 Square Foot Room, Set Up Your Way

The room gives you 560 square feet of open floor. You decide whether it comes empty or furnished with tables and chairs, and the price follows that decision, so you never pay for furniture that would sit stacked in a corner. Leave it open for a dog obedience class or a photographer's backdrop. Bring in the tables for a workshop, a sewing day, or a planning meeting.


Electricity and a bathroom come with every booking. Wifi can be added for $10. The building is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day, and a combination mailbox handles key pick-up and drop-off, so your start time is set by your schedule.

What People Use the Room For

Teachers hold classes and art lessons here. Home-based businesses and artisans set up pop-up shops for a weekend. Photographers book a Saturday for mini sessions, and crafters bring their scrapbooks, sewing machines, and knitting for a full day of projects.


The room also works for presentations, business meetings, group planning meetings, and fundraising events. A used prom dress sale is on the list of ideas too, which gives you a sense of how open the options are. If your plan fits inside the room and follows the house rules, it is worth a call.

Pricing in Simple Blocks

Rentals are priced in blocks of 3, 6, and 9 hours, with a full-day option on top. Without tables and chairs, 3 hours costs $50 and a full day costs $150. Add tables and chairs and those same bookings run $65 and $175, with the 6 and 9 hour blocks falling in between.


You clean up after your event before you leave. If you would rather not deal with the mess, a $50 cleaning fee takes care of it.

Personal Office Space

Finding the Building

Look for the big blue building on Ashmun Street, on the east side of the road, between Bordertown Chiropractic and the Knights of Columbus Hall. Red's shares the building with Daymakers Day Spa. Two entrances lead into a parking lot with more than 15 spaces, so your guests have room to park.


A few house rules keep the room ready for the next renter. Smoking, vaping, and candles are not allowed. Dogs are welcome within reason, and owners clean up after them; a dog is also on the premises at Daymakers Day Spa during regular business hours. Alcohol is permitted only with a waiver from your insurance company with a rider on your homeowners' policy.
