Room Rental in Sault Ste. Marie by the Hour or Full Day

A class, a craft day, a pop-up sale, a client presentation: each one needs a room for a few hours, and none of them needs a building of its own. Red's Revolving Rentals rents a 560 square foot room at 2733 Ashmun Street, Suite 3, in blocks of 3, 6, or 9 hours, or for a full day. You pick the block, choose whether you want tables and chairs, and the price is set from there. You can schedule online using the Contact window in the bottom right of every page, or by calling us directly.

Rental Rates

Two rate sheets cover every booking. The only difference between them is furniture.

Two add-ons are available. Wifi costs an extra $10. A $50 cleaning fee is optional and covers clean-up if you would rather not handle it yourself.


Non-profit groups may qualify for discounted meeting space as part of Red’s support for local organizations. Contact the business directly to ask about rates and available dates.

What Comes With the Room

Electricity and a bathroom are part of every rental. The parking lot has more than 15 spaces, which matters when guests arrive at the same time. Keys are handled through a combination mailbox, so pick-up and drop-off work around your schedule rather than someone else's.


The building is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day.

Planning How to Use the Space

An empty floor works well for anything that needs movement or open sightlines. Photographers can set up a backdrop and run a weekend of mini sessions. Dog trainers can hold obedience classes. Artisans and home-based businesses can lay out a pop-up shop with their own displays.


With tables and chairs in place, the room shifts toward seated work. Teachers use it for classes and art lessons. Scrapbookers, sewers, and knitters can spread out projects for the day. Business meetings, presentations, group planning sessions, and fundraising events all fit here too. So does a used prom dress sale.

House Rules

The rules are short and exist to keep the room in good condition for the next renter.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the building, and candle burning is off limits. Renters are expected to clean up after themselves unless they pay the $50 cleaning fee.


Alcohol is allowed only if you supply a waiver from your insurance company with a rider on your homeowners' policy. For liability reasons, Red's cannot provide alcohol or allow it in the building without that waiver.


Dogs are welcome within reason. Owners clean up after their dogs. A dog is on the premises at Daymakers Day Spa, which shares the building, during its regular business hours.

Cancellations and Bad Weather

Refunds depend on how much notice you give before your rental, with a full refund and a partial refund window. Confirm the exact cutoffs when you book. Emergencies and severe weather do happen, and those situations are handled one at a time.

  • How big is the room?

    The room is 560 square feet. It can be rented empty or set up with tables and chairs, and the rate changes depending on which you choose.

  • Can I serve alcohol at my event?

    Only with a waiver from your insurance company that includes a rider on your homeowners' policy. Red's does not provide alcohol, and it is not allowed in the building without that waiver.

  • Is wifi included?

    Wifi is not part of the base rate. You can add it to any booking for $10.

  • Do I have to clean up afterward?

    Yes, renters are expected to leave the room clean. If you would rather skip it, a $50 cleaning fee covers the clean-up for you.

  • Are dogs allowed in the room?

    Dogs are welcome within reason, and dog obedience classes are a good fit for the space. Owners must clean up after their dogs, and a dog belonging to Daymakers Day Spa is on site during that business's regular hours.

  • How do I get into the building?

    Key pick-up and drop-off happen through a combination mailbox at the building. Look for the big blue building on the east side of Ashmun Street, between Bordertown Chiropractic and the Knights of Columbus Hall.
